|Recommended: YesCentral location, peaceful property, attentive manager — The apartments studios and one-bedrooms are comfortable, have cold AC, and all utilities, including Cox commercial WiFi and TV, are included. It’s a two-story building with about 50 units, a pool, and 2 laundry rooms. It is a quiet and calm property located within a very central area with convenient bus access if needed. The friendly on-site property manager, Richard, attends to everything with care and speed. International Apartments is definitely one of the best values—if not THE best value—in Las Vegas. If you're looking for the basics and want a low-key place to land, you've found your home.

|Recommended: YesVery quiet property — good property, very quiet. my only recommendation is fix the wall and the pipes in the last washing room and fix the pool for the tenants.
You are very appreciated as a tenant. The pool construction is stated to be started in mid May and will be all new from ground up. We will get a contractor for wall work in last washing room. Thank you for being a valued tenant.
